The highest standard in equine taping education. The EquiTecs EFT Certification Course is 20 CE hours of horse-specific, practitioner-grade training built by Rebecca Haddock — the world's recognized expert in equine taping.
Recognized by RACE, IAAMB, and NCBTMB. No prerequisites required.
This is not adapted from human taping. Every protocol is built specifically for horses, with clear objectives, clinical reasoning, and real-world application you can use immediately in practice.
What you get:
- 20 CE hours of structured certification education
- Support, decompression, muscle activation, fascia, circulation & neurological protocols
- Free access to the EquiTecs Protocol Library (30+ step-by-step guides)
- Case study submission + final exam for certification
- Lifetime access — including all future updates
Built for equine vets, chiropractors, bodyworkers, rehab professionals, trainers, and serious equine practitioners who want better outcomes, not just another credential.
If you are comparing options — this course delivers more education, more depth, and more CE value than the alternatives.
How Certification Works
We take your learning—and horses—seriously. To earn your certification:
- Complete all modules at your own pace
- Submit six real (not simulated) case studies showing your skills in action
- Pass a final assessment designed to help you think, not just memorize
Explore the 2-Way Functional Taping System
Study the mechanics, tape selection, and objective-based applications in the EquiTecs 2-Way Functional Taping system guide. The course’s 2-Way protocols use the Horse Functional Taping Tape — 2-Way 2" Single Roll for the relevant circulation, fascia, neurosensory, and muscle applications.
Take It Further: EFT Certification Practicum (In Person)
Once you're in the course, you can join a hands-on EFT Practicum — a one-day, instructor-led intensive where you practice applications on live horses and get direct coaching on technique, placement, and troubleshooting. Limited to 12 seats per session. View upcoming EFT Practicum dates →
